Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Apiphany (“the Service”), operated by Eastware Solutions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Apiphany is an AI-powered content publishing platform that generates SEO articles and publishes them to your WordPress site. Features include affiliate link injection, schema markup, social media posting, and Google Search Console analytics integration.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Apiphany to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Engage in spamming, scraping, or any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.
• Violate Google’s Terms of Service when using the Search Console integration.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content published through Apiphany. Eastware Solutions claims no intellectual property rights over the articles generated and published on your behalf.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control. No SLA is implied unless stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastware Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Apiphany, including loss of revenue, data, or SEO ranking. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
